RESTAURANT AND VILLA MANDALIKA

The project planning and design fully combines the joy of natural resources. It is carefully designed by borrowing the organic shape from nature, especially the leaves, emphasizing the connection of the restaurant, villa and pool. The swimming pool is the center of the villa and the restaurant. This project will be perched along 1000 sqm. This land is unique, because it has a different height of contour. The contour level will be divided by 3 levels (top level, middle level, and lower level). The restaurant is on top level with the common parking and the main street on the side. Stairs connect the top level to the middle level. Here we put the stairs for access to the villa and to the restaurant. In the middle level, it has 6 villas, every building has 2 floors (ground and first floor) every floor has a terrace, bedroom and bathroom. And in the center is the common/sharing pool for all people in this villa. And the last is the lower level. It is for the main entrance with public parking. This project will have 2 entrances and 2 parking, on the restaurant at the top level and on the main entrance at lower level. For material used in this villa is natural material, like a roof used Cogon grass and for the ceiling and floor used timber wood.
