This project is focused on renovating the unused parts of the building. The room is on the 3rd floor with ± 400 sqm. Where every room is separated by partition to minimize the weight that will be gained by the main structure. To make it look industrial and feel comfortable, this villa uses domination of wood parquet with concrete exposed.
